We appreciate your Fabric Planets purchase. We really hope you enjoy your purchase. You may, however, return your purchase if you are not entirely pleased for the reasons listed below. For further details about our return policy, please check the section below.

Please take note that we will only accept defective products for exchange or return if there is a complete video of the courier opening the package. You cannot make a product damage claim without video.

Returns:

All returns need to be mailed back within two (2) days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in fresh and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email or what’s app us the product opening video to damage part of the product to our customer care at info@fabricplanets.com or +91-8700012645 to acquire a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Place the item securely in its original packing after receiving the RMA number.

Refund:

We will process your exchange or refund after receiving your return and examining the item’s condition. At least allow Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) Days from the arrival of your item to process your exchange.

Exceptions:

The Following Items Cannot Be Exchanged:

• Without courier open video any damaged product cannot be return (we exchange only damaged products with a video)
• For defective or damaged products. Please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange.
